Good doctor, very thorough. I wasn't happy that they kept me waiting for my breathing test and I had to inquire if there was a problem. Right after that they called me in. The doctor was good though. Wish they had a closer office

I had a Tele medicine appointment with Dr. Roux. She asked me the same questions over and over and Seems to have decided the whole scenario having factored in many things that I told her were not true. I found her unhelpful.

Dr. Roux has been my physician for a decade. She is kind and compassionate and always listens to my concerns. She’s excellent at keeping up with newer medications and suggesting treatments in a shared-decision making fashion. I’m so grateful for her treatment plans to manage my chronic conditions.

My issues were mainly with the audio and video (during my telehealth) appointment. It was difficult at times to understand both the doctor and the assistant who started the call because of the poor audio. I was straining to hear and understand the conversation and had the ask multiple times to repeat themselves. Also, the quality of the video was not good when speaking with the doctor. I believe she was on a cell phone. The quality of these calls should be upgraded. Supply the doctors who do telehealth appointments with hardware (a computer) that has clear video and audio. Also the person that initiated the call and took my information could have been a little more pleasant.

I arrived at 12:15 as instructed for a 1230 appointment. I was not seen until 100. I had to leave in 25 minutes to get to my next appointment. Although I meet absolutely none of the criteria for a sleep test, it was insisted that I should take one.
