Dr. Lisa Mack is very kind, patient and easy to talk to. Almost felt like I was talking to my sister. She definitely knows what she’s doing. If you are going through menopausal changes she will definitely help you out. I felt very comfortable talking to her. Thank you

Seen Dr Mack as my provider is on holiday. She was very cold, dismissive and rude. She expressed her annoyance with my frustrations about my situation. And when called out on it she apologized for me being able to see the annoyance on her face. When it was time to perform the swab, she asked me if I wanted her to do it or did I wanna swab myself as if she didn’t want to touch me. I’ve never been to an OB/gyn appointment where the provider didn’t perform the test themselves and take a look at what’s going on. I will be following up with appropriate channels to submit a complaint against her license

Dr Mack is hands down the best OBGYN provider I’ve ever had. She’s the only one who has taken my menstrual pain and family history seriously. I just had an ovarian teratoma that needed to be taken out due to the pain it was causing me - when other providers wouldn’t take it seriously (just throwing more birth control at me for “pain control”) she did - even checking for endometriosis tissue due to an extensive family history. She did my surgery and was incredibly thorough, kind, and compassionate - showing me videos of what she’d be doing, images of scars to expect, and she was mindful of where to put the incisions for the best healing and cosmetic outcome (as a girl in her 20s this was important to me). I was quite nervous for the surgery (my first ever one) and the entire time before going under she personally held my hand, talked to me to calm my nerves, and played Taylor Swift for me in the OR🥹. She is quite literally one of the most knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and skilled physicians I’ve met. Her clinical talent and ability to make patients feel safe and comfortable is unmatched and I’m so grateful I found her.
