Short wait time for appt. Doctor Meola very personal and took time with my questions.
Dr. Meola is caring and was very responsive to my needs and questions. I felt listened to! Her medical assistant, Colleen, is THE BEST. They are a wonderful team. The front office staff, their nurse and APRN Vo have consistently and increasingly been attentive. It’s a pleasure to have them as my care team.
I have lived in 5 states and 3 countries and although I generally do not use medical providers and prefer alternative and preventative health care, Dr. Meola has been my favorite medical provider. I do try to make the time to see her once per year. She never appears rushed or distracted. She is thorough and caring and seems informed about and respectful of alternative and preventative medicine. She is what all doctors should aspire to be!
Dr. Meola is such a great combination of positivity and professionalism. She takes the time to listen, has great perspective to share, and I leave appointments feeling encouraged.

I am new to Connecticut and had my first visit with Dr. Meola. I felt very welcome at the office - little wait time and friendly reception. Dr. Meola had met my husband the previous week and remembered our moving status from their conversation. The appointment was a nice, comfortable way to get to know her, and discuss my general health. She was easy to talk to and answered the few questions I had. I look forward to working with her and the staff at Starling to manage my ongoing health care. Had a follow up visit with Dr. Meola. She was again easy and comfortable to talk to and spent plenty of time answering questions I had. The rest of the staff at Starling that I interacted with were also responsive to my needs and questions. Had a follow up with Dr. Meola; she is so easy to talk to and doesn't rush me with my questions. I am very comfortable that she has my best interests at heart. The system that Starling uses to record test results and doctors' reports is easy to use and Dr. Meola always checks on results and reports from my other doctors. I am very satisfied with this medical practice. Visit with Dr. Meola regarding pain in my knee area. Was pleased to be able to get an appointment quickly. She requested that I get an x-ray which I did a couple days later. Am waiting now for a contact from her to discuss next steps. Had an annual checkup with Dr. Meola. She helped me understand some concerns she had about my recent labs; she made some recommendations and I will do labs again in three weeks. She will also communicate with Dr. Elwan about effects of the new medication he has prescribed. She is so easy to talk to!

I have been treated very friendly by the whole staff. Dr. Meola tells exactly what I need to do for my ailments. Positive attitude. I would like to emphasize how caring Coleen is with Dr. Meola's patients. She also has warmth and caring concerns for the patients.
Always a great doctor. Very knowledgable and caring. Spends the time that is needed. On occasion will even sit across from you and look you in the eye, instead of the typical doctor of today who stands in front of their computer, cold, detached, not looking at you. Dr. Meola is extraordinary, one of a kind.
